These Terms are an agreement between you and LyonKeep. By creating an account or using LyonKeep, you agree to them. Please read them — especially the section on AI accuracy.
LyonKeep is a household organization app: it reads photos (receipts, flyers, coupons, schedules, warranties, products, recipes) and text into structured records, and helps you track groceries, deals, coupons, schedules, chores, meals, and more.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account, including anyone you invite to your household. Keep your password secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.
LyonKeep uses automated AI to read your photos and text, and it can be wrong. Extracted prices, dates, expiration estimates, coupon values, quantities, and other details are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. You are shown extracted information to review before it is saved, and you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it — for example, confirming a price, a coupon's terms, an appointment date, or a food's actual expiration. Deal, flyer, and price information from third parties may be delayed, incomplete, expired, or inaccurate. Do not rely on LyonKeep for decisions where an error could cause harm; always check the original source.
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you (including sending it to the AI and other providers described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you enter, including information about other people, and you represent that you have the right to provide it.
If you enter information about your children, you do so as their parent or guardian and you are responsible for that information. See the "Children" section of our Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other households' data, no automated scraping or overloading the service, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to use.
LyonKeep relies on third-party services and data (listed in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for those services, and information they provide (such as store deals and prices) is provided "as is."
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LyonKeep and [LEGAL ENTITY] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LyonKeep and [LEGAL ENTITY] from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your household at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm jurisdiction/venue with counsel.]
We may update these Terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
